Welcome to ShaadiFace.com, the Matrimonial Services Provider. In order to use the ShaadiFace.com Site ("Site") of the ShaadiFace (“COMPANY”), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTRATION.

In consideration of this Agreement and the service of THE MEMBER by THE COMPANY (ShaadiFace), the parties agree as follows:

This Agreement may be modified by ShaadiFace.com from time to time and those modified clause must be applicable to all members / users of this site whether old or new .By registering on ShaadiFace.com, you explicitly understand and agree that:

The minimum age for registration of a member is 18 years for women and 21 years for men or the minimum age for the registration of the member who must be the minimum age of marriage of his/her religion according to law of land.
You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.
You are not disable for marriage according to law.

If at any time ShaadiFace.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, ShaadiFace.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund of any subscription to you.

DEFINITIONS:

AGENT: Any person or anybody corporate who is approved by ShaadiFace to collect the profiles of the users and registration on behalf of ShaadiFace against some consideration
AGENT CODE: Every agent is identified uniquely by agent code in the site.
ONLINE USER: Online users are those users who able to do only email communication with the ShaadiFace System. User must have verified email address.
OFFLINE USER: Offline users are those users who prefer to use only SMS communication with the ShaadiFace System. User must have verified mobile number. These users agree to give contact details to any other user/member whose email as well as mobile number are verified.
MEMBER- The person or user of this site who register his/her name at this site and can be paid or free user.
Paid User- The user who paid currency to the ShaadiFace.com to use this site.
Free User- The user who does not paid currency to the ShaadiFace.com for use this site.
Guest user-The user who are visiting this site only and who are not the member of this site.
Intro e-mail and detail e-mail as specified in plan chat of this site shall mean number of letters with space specified in the plan chat.
Intro SMS and detail SMS as specified in plan chat of this site shall mean number of letters with space specified in the plan chat.
Gender: Masculine or Feminine.
Featured User: The user whose summary profile may display on the first three rows on summary search
Sponsor User: The user whose summary profile may display on the right side of home page and/or search page rotationally or any other pages in the site as like an advertisement.
Highlight Profile- Highlight profile are two kinds I) Border color and ii) Background color.
- i) Border color- The short profile of the user shall be border by the color.
- ii) Background color- The background of short profile of the user shall be color.

Function of ShaadiFace.com:

Provision of Service: ShaadiFace.com will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member. In addition, the member may also make use of the other free services that are applicable to them. A paid membership will allow you to contact profiles of the opposite gender of all the domains.

Medium of Interchange of Information: Besides the provision of services, ShaadiFace.com acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that ShaadiFace.com will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members. ShaadiFace.com is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. ShaadiFace.com will be a disinterested person and is not liable in the event of disputes between or among the members. It is not possible for ShaadiFace.com to verify the genuineness of the data of the member of this site. So before entering marriage the bride and groom must verify the original documents of opposite side regarding his/her data which he/she given in this web site. After solemnization of marriage between the members it will be presume that they verified all original documents of the other side regarding their data. To avoid complicacy it is hereby declare that ShaadiFace.com is only a web site by which any person who is illegible for marriage according to the law of his/her land (country) may given his/her personal data or see the data of the other users of this web site. For any wrong data of the members as given by them, the ShaadiFace.com shall not be responsible.

Confidentiality: ShaadiFace.com will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members. However, ShaadiFace.com may divulge such information if required by law. By agreeing to register at ShaadiFace.com and its consortium of portals, a user allows ShaadiFace.com to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. This could include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions. ShaadiFace.com can use your email address and/or telephone number for this purpose.

Concealment: ShaadiFace.com shall not responsible if the member conceal his any personal information or defects (physical and mental) which may be effect of matrimonial tie of the members.

PRIVACY: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ShaadiFace and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription in their sole discretion. However, Members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where ShaadiFace and its network do not have any control over the search engines behavior.
REGISTRATION/AUTHENTICATION/EMAIL & MOBILE VERIFICATION:

The member may or may not use the agent code number in the registration form, if he registers his name through an agent.
Online/offline user can't change verified e-mail address until change e-mail address is verified.
Online/ Offline user can’t change verified mobile number until changed mobile number is verified.
By registering your profile through the site or by the remittance of fees you become a member of ShaadiFace.com. When your name has been register as a member of ShaddiFace.com, it will be presume that you have gone through the content and accept this terms and conditions.

TERMINATION/CANCELATION:

You may terminate your membership at any time within three month from the date of your registration by given a valid and reasonable ground of notice in writing to ShaadiFace. After three months you may terminate this agreement without given any reasonable ground.
Again ShaadiFace may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, effective upon sending a notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to ShaadiFace, or without any notice. But the free user of this site has no right to terminate his/her membership.
The ShaadiFace reserves it’s right to activate or deactivate the profiles of free users and may display or use the profiles of such free user in the site, the free user shall not object to that effect.
If ShaadiFace finds duplicate profiles then ShaadiFace have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.
If any abusive content is found in your photograph or video clipping, ShaadiFace has the right to suspend your profile. For such prohibitive or objectionable contents or abusive contents in your photo or video clipping, you shall liable to compensate to the person or ShaadiFace who will effect or suffer for your act.
Membership of the free user category shall be terminated if they not login for certain period of time.

USER CONTENT:

ShaadiFace reserves the right to edit/delete your video photo/horoscope profile if it's not a valid/clear/related one.
ShaadiFace reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields.
No User/Member is allowed to display his/her “Membership status” in the profile content. ShaadiFace reserves the right to delete any such reference from the profile content.
You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the ShaadiFace.com. ShaadiFace may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence, ShaadiFace may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

MEMBERSHIP:

For the convenience of all our users ShaadiFace has five different types of membership schemes, each with their own benefits. They are Platinum, Diamond, Gold, and Silver & Free. Refer ShaadiFace Plan Chat.

Paid Memberships: Validity of your paid membership is based on days specified in plan chat of this website.

Instantly online user can view restricted number of contact details of any offline user and those online users who are agreed to show contact details without request ( i. e. called “Instantly View Contact Detail”), but online user must verify his/her email and mobile number before using this feature.
Online user can send email and SMS to online users as well as offline users whose email and mobile number are verified respectively.
Online user can send request called “By Request” (“Email Request” or “SMS Request”) based on availability of inventory of e-mail and sms.
When online user clicks on “Instantly View Contact Detail” then it should deduct one from inventory of “Instantly View Contact Detail” if a contact detail of the profile is never viewed by this online user.
Online user can purchase any extra items at any time as specified in the plan chat, but must be within active paid plan period.
Offline user can login to the site, if his/her email id is verified.
Offline user can send “Email Request” to other users (offline and online users) if his/her email id is verified.
Offline user can purchase any extra items at any time, but must be within active paid plan period.
Offline user may get direct phone call (“Instantly View Contact Detail”) from other online user whose email and mobile, both are verified.
Offline user may get direct phone call (“Instantly View Contact Detail”) from other offline user whose mobile is verified, but email may or may not be verified.
Offline user may get SMS request from online users and from other offline users.
Offline user can purchase Intro /Detail SMS but must be within paid subscription plan period.
For offline user, contact details of the probable life partner will never be visible directly to those users in the site. The ShaadiFace system should send contact details of probable life partner via SMS to those users.
If offline user accepts a request (e-mail or SMS request) then immediately the system should send contact details of probable life partner via SMS to the offline user and also it deducts one from inventory of Intro SMS or Detail SMS (when no inventory of Intro SMS) or from “Instantly View Contact Detail” (when no inventory of Intro SMS as well as Detail SMS). If no inventory of Intro SMS as well as Detail SMS as well as Direct View then the system should ask to purchase either of Intro SMS and Detail SMS.
If offline user sends “Email Request” or “SMS Request” and then if that request is accepted then immediately the system should send contact details via SMS only if following condition satisfies:
It deducts one from inventory of Intro SMS or Detail SMS (when no inventory of Intro SMS) or from “Instantly View Contact Detail” (when no inventory of Intro SMS as well as Detail SMS).
If no inventory of Intro SMS as well as Detail SMS as well as Direct View then the system should send message of “No Inventory of Intro SMS as well as Detail SMS as well as Direct View” via SMS only once.
It deducts one from inventory of Intro SMS or Detail SMS (when no inventory of Intro SMS) or from “Instantly View Contact Detail” (when no inventory of Intro SMS as well as Detail SMS) when offline user is trying to view already viewed contact details and the system should send contact details of probable life partner via SMS.
The inventory of current active plan will be rollover to renewed plan only if the user/member is renewed the plan before expiration of current paid plan.
The user/member can purchase extra benefits only if the user/member is renewed the plan before expiration of current paid plan.
There are some categories of agents in the ShaadiFace who collect the profile and register the name of some users of this website. The users of this website shall not directly contact with some users whose contact details in the profile is the contact details of an agent who registered the name of such users. So the users of this website may contact with those users through such agent who registered their name through that agent. On the other hand the users who register their name through such agent shall not contact with the other users without intervention of that agent.
Any user shall not search his/her bride/groom, who are not member of this website, through any agent of this website.

Note: ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS does take the responsibility of the smses and e-mails leaving its vendor sms and e-mail gateway. While ShaadiFace will try its utmost best to try and deliver all SMS sent out, it does not take any responsibility for SMS not delivered (which may be on account of phones being out of order, operator network problems, sims not being used anymore etc….). It does take the responsibility of the SMS leaving its vendor SMS gateway.

PAYMENT:

MEMBERSHIP FEES, REGISTRATION FEES, SUBCRIPTION FEES, ANY OTHER FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if a member chooses to terminate the membership.
Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on ShaadiFace. ShaadiFace reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees or any other fees as paid by the member.
MEMBERSHIP FEES, REGISTRATION FEES, SUBCRIPTION FEES, ANY OTHER FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

SPAM & ABUSE:

You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email, SMS to other ShaadiFace.com Members. Although ShaadiFace cannot monitor the conduct of its Members of the ShaadiFace.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect ShaadiFace.com and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, ShaadiFace.com reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / email which a Member may send to other Member in any 24-hour period to a member which ShaadiFace.com deem appropriate in its sole discretion.
ShaadiFace has the right to regulate number of smses & e-mails sent out to a particular profile on a particular day (this is to safeguard member interests in case member is getting spammed by some member).
ShaadiFace reserves the right to scan all content being sent out on sms & e-mail and block smses and/or e-mails if necessary if content of the SMS/E-Mail is deemed as spam or any non-matrimonial content whatsoever.

COMMON TERMS:

Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding your life partner (husband/wife). You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", and “Friendship" etc.
ShaadiFace will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts.
When you visit ShaadiFace.com or send e-mails to ShaadiFace.com, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or SMS or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

LICENSE & SITE ACCESS: ShaadiFace.com grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of ShaadiFace.com. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of ShaadiFace.com and our affiliates without express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license or registration of the membership granted by ShaadiFace.com and for your such illegal acts contain in this paragraph, you will be liable to compensate that person or the ShaadiFace.com who will suffer for your such illegal acts.

Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity. Members are advised to make appropriate /thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of other members. Kindly note that, your membership in ShaadiFace.com is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Further more, Registration fees; Membership fees, SMS fees etc. are not refundable under any circumstances.

The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site:-

ShaadiFace.com may investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content that which:

Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing,
Promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or Conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as Providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent Manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated Music files;
Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal Weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes;

Any illegal acts which is prohibited by law.
